No Anguish with Angwin

Another landmark of sorts was reached yesterday – the television debut of my photography! It has been reported by a very reliable source that one of my images was displayed during the evening weather bulletin of BBC Points West presented by weather man, Richard Angwin.
Okay, we’re not witnessing the gently approving bouncy nod of Melvyn Bragg’s quiff on the South Bank Show here, or a gushing, impassioned critique by Andrew Graham-Dixon exploring what may have been troubling this photographer’s psyche as he squeezed the shutter button - but it was nice to have something on the telly!
With regards to the image shown, it’s a very recent (last weekend, in fact) shot of some lilies growing in the very pleasantly landscaped Beese’s Tea Gardens in Bristol http://www.beeses.co.uk/ (well worth a visit, by the way).
